NewGen Web Design uses the information you share to answer your questions and talk about your website project. You can contact us at contact@newgenwebdesign.com.
When you get in touch
Our contact form asks for your name, email address, and project message. You can also share a business name, website, budget, and the kind of help you need. The form sends your message to our Gmail inbox through Cloudflare’s email service. Messages you send directly by email are handled by Google’s Gmail service. We use your details to reply and discuss your project. Sending us a message does not sign you up for marketing emails.
Security and spam protection
Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. When the contact form is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that messages are being sent by people to help block spam. Cloudflare may process your browser information and IP address—the internet address used by your connection—for this check. The form limits how often messages can be sent. Our website code does not intentionally save the contents of your message in its technical logs.
To prevent the same form submission from being sent twice, we keep a temporary record that its spam check has already been used. This record does not contain your name, email address, or message. We schedule it for removal after about ten minutes; cleanup can take longer if the service is delayed.

Understanding website visits
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how often people visit and how well pages load. Its measurement tool does not use cookies or save tracking information in your browser. Cloudflare processes information about how your browser connects when receiving these measurements. We do not use tools that track you for advertising or record what you do on a page.
Payments
Online payment management is not yet connected on this website. We do not collect or store card or bank details here. If we send you an invoice with a payment link, the payment service named there handles your details under its own privacy policy. Please do not send card or bank details through our contact form or by email.
When Stripe sends us a payment update, we keep a short record of its reference number, status, and date to check that it arrived correctly. These records do not contain your card or bank details, name, or email. They are scheduled for removal after 31 days; cleanup may take longer if the service is delayed. Your invoices and other business records remain in Stripe and our project records for as long as needed to provide your service and meet our obligations.
Website examples and links
The previews of our work are pictures saved on this website. Opening a preview does not load the client’s website. If you choose “Visit website,” that site opens separately and its own privacy practices apply.
Keeping and deleting messages
We keep messages in our email account so we can follow up, keep project records, and run our business. Contact us if you would like to ask about, correct, or delete information you provided. We may need to keep some records to meet our agreements or follow the law.
Your choices
You can email us instead of using the form. Please share only the information needed to discuss your project. Do not send passwords, payment information, or sensitive personal records through the contact form.
